Reservations

For reservations and bookings, please visit our office at Casa Rufina Clubhouse and coordinate directly with our staff. To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least two (2) weeks in advance of your event. A down payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Before finalizing your booking, kindly check the calendar below for available dates to avoid double bookings or scheduling conflicts.

Rates

• ₱1,000.00 – HOA Members
  ₱2,000.00 – Visitor

• Rates are valid for the first four (4) hours of use.
  Additional Hours:
  ₱100.00/hour – HOA Members
  ₱200.00/hour – Non-Members

Important Reminders:

• Cash payments only are accepted for the use of our amenities, including the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, and Basketball Court.

• Delinquent homeowners (those with unpaid dues or outstanding balances) are not eligible for the HOA member rate and will be charged the visitor rate until their accounts are settled in full.
