Pool update!!! We are now on to the next phase sang treatment ka aton pool, gpa tubig na ta subong kg it may look cloudy or tinaon pa subong but don't worry ng butang na kmi chemicals pra sa water treatment. Hopefully ma puno ang tubig later or by tomorrow pra mka pa cycle na ta ka tubig.
Kung matigayon ni kg mg tayoyon aton treatment basi by Saturday pwd na ta ka paligo. Pero as of now please refrain danay liwat sa pagpalapit kg pagtandog sang tubig sa pool ky isog gd ang chemicals. Thank you sa inyo pag salig sa HOA. God bless you all!

URGENT APPEAL TO CASA RUFINA HOMEOWNERS
Due to the heavy rain and recent earthquakes, we humbly plead with you to prioritize safety over convenience.
Please park your vehicles in your garage or, if not possible, in the open parking spaces at the basketball court. Additionally, PLEASE REMOVE ANY OBJECTS, VEHICLES, OR DEBRIS THAT OBSTRUCT OUR ROADS.
This is crucial to ensure:
- Unobstructed access for emergency responders (ambulance, fire trucks) in case of an emergency
- Safety of all residents, especially children and the elderly
- Compliance with Philippine law and our community's collective conscience
Important: If your neighbor fails to comply, PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR EXAMPLE. Instead, adhere to the rules and prioritize your safety and the safety of those around you.
For now, we are NOT imposing sanctions on those who violate this request. HOWEVER, we are making this appeal for the safety of EVERYONE in our community, and we urge you to cooperate.
Please clean up and clear our roads of any obstructions, including but not limited to:
- Parked vehicles
- Construction materials
- Trash or debris
- Any other objects blocking the road
We will continue to monitor the situation, and future non-compliance may result in disciplinary action according to our community bylaws and Philippine law.
Let's work together to create a safe and responsible community.

Please warn your children to STAY AWAY from the pool area. The pool is currently drained, and falling into it may cause serious injury or fatal accidents. Although the premises are closed, we urge parents to remain vigilant and take full responsibility for guiding and caring for your children. Please ensure they do not attempt to jump over or open the gates. We have announced and prohibited access to the pool area for safety reasons, and we are not liable for any accidents or incidents that may occur.
